Words of Praise

James has now helped us buy two homes in Salt Lake City. I wouldn’t go with anyone else. He is professional, responsive, and helped us navigate the process stress free and smoothly. James knows all the right questions to ask, and will get a feel of what you are looking for and help you find it. James was great about listening to our needs, and offering professional feedback to help guide big decisions throughout the process. We will most definitely be contacting James in the future for buying or selling a home.

I had the great pleasure of working with Judy Christodoulou, with additional assistance from James Harvey, for a recent home purchase in Salt Lake City. They were outstanding to work with and provided superb insight and recommendations throughout the process. This was my sixth home purchase and the transaction was the smoothest by far due to Judy’s expert assistance. I particularly appreciated their help with coordinating inspections and other items difficult for me to manage while still living out of the SLC area. I recommend Judy and James without hesitation.

I’ve worked with James Harvey three times during the process of buying and selling homes. He has not only been instrumental in the processes of navigating real estate purchases, but has been extraordinarily professional in dealing with even the most frustrating issues that threatened to derail our purchase. When he found something was done incorrectly, he fixed the problem. I highly recommend anyone buying or selling a home to work with James.

James Harvey with Latitude 40 Properties has represented me for every home I have bought or sold. Each sale came in above our asking price, and he was able to negotiate with sellers to bring all our purchases under their asking price. Whenever we called, James was there. He goes above and beyond expectations to ensure we were informed, confident and happy with our transaction. I just can’t say enough about this guy!

We obtained 3 written proposals from SLC realtors in March/April 2019. We then met with each and reviewed their bids. It was close but we selected the Latitude 40 proposal from James Harvey. We have bought and sold 9-10 houses over our lifetimes. Honestly, this was our BEST experience! James Harvey understands the SLC market very well. If you are buying or selling, you know how crazy busy the market was this year (April-Aug). James worked with us to create a plan to market our home and we went about implementing it- together. James was patient with our needs and questions, and those of prospective buyers. He is dedicated to customer service and is very dependable, courteous, and accommodating. He does not exert pressure but remains calm under pressure ( re: offers/negotiation. His follow up on questions/concerns was simply great. Essentially, he is an excellent communicator; has a good sense of humor; and it was truly a pleasure to work with him. Oh, and we sold our house in 11 days ! It was a true pleasure to work with James! Bob Immitt PS – Judy – James’ assistant is a wonderful person. She represented Latitude on the very rare occasion James was not available. and we never missed a beat!

After meeting with several real estate agents, we decided we wanted to work with James to sell our home. We felt confident in James’ ability and willingness to provide better service than the other agents we met with. He took the time to really look at our home and the homes in the neighborhood to ensure we would get a fair price for our home, while the other agents wanted to list our home much lower so it would sell quicker. James is very friendly, knowledgable and professional, he always responded to our questions very quickly and in-depth. He helped us through the entire selling process and truly kept our best interest in mind. We appreciate everything James did for us, and we will continue to refer our family and friends to him.

We have had the pleasure of working with James Harvey on multiple occasions. He is always professional and truly has your best interests in mind. If we ever buy or sell another property it will be with James!
