We obtained 3 written proposals from SLC realtors in March/April 2019. We then met with each and reviewed their bids. It was close but we selected the Latitude 40 proposal from James Harvey. We have bought and sold 9-10 houses over our lifetimes. Honestly, this was our BEST experience! James Harvey understands the SLC market very well.
