We obtained 3 written proposals from SLC realtors in March/April 2019. We then met with each and reviewed their bids. It was close but we selected the Latitude 40 proposal from James Harvey. We have bought and sold 9-10 houses over our lifetimes. Honestly, this was our BEST experience! James Harvey understands the SLC market very well. If you are buying or selling, you know how crazy busy the market was this year (April-Aug). James worked with us to create a plan to market our home and we went about implementing it- together. James was patient with our needs and questions, and those of prospective buyers. He is dedicated to customer service and is very dependable, courteous, and accommodating. He does not exert pressure but remains calm under pressure ( re: offers/negotiation. His follow up on questions/concerns was simply great. Essentially, he is an excellent communicator; has a good sense of humor; and it was truly a pleasure to work with him. Oh, and we sold our house in 11 days ! It was a true pleasure to work with James! Bob Immitt PS – Judy – James’ assistant is a wonderful person. She represented Latitude on the very rare occasion James was not available. and we never missed a beat!

After meeting with several real estate agents, we decided we wanted to work with James to sell our home. We felt confident in James’ ability and willingness to provide better service than the other agents we met with. He took the time to really look at our home and the homes in the neighborhood to ensure we would get a fair price for our home, while the other agents wanted to list our home much lower so it would sell quicker. James is very friendly, knowledgable and professional, he always responded to our questions very quickly and in-depth. He helped us through the entire selling process and truly kept our best interest in mind. We appreciate everything James did for us, and we will continue to refer our family and friends to him.
