The Old Flamingo

The Old Flamingo is a co-operative between a handful of tenants that we call “flamingos”. Each Flamingo brings in their own merchandise to fill their rented space with and takes a turn working at the store each week. The Old Flamingo has a mix of vintage and eclectic finds. We guarantee you’ll always find something unique for your home or to give as a gift.

We have bought and sold 9-10 houses over our lifetimes. Honestly, this was our BEST experience! James Harvey understands the SLC market very well. If you are buying or selling, you know how crazy busy the market was this year (April-Aug). James worked with us to create a plan to market our home and we went about implementing it- together. James was patient with our needs and questions, and those of prospective buyers. He is dedicated to customer service and is very dependable, courteous, and accommodating. He does not exert pressure but remains calm under pressure ( re: offers/negotiation. His follow up on questions/concerns was simply great. Essentially, he is an excellent communicator; has a good sense of humor; and it was truly a pleasure to work with him. Oh, and we sold our house in 11 days !
