We obtained 3 written proposals from SLC realtors in March/April 2019. We then met with each and reviewed their bids. It was close but we selected the Latitude 40 proposal from James Harvey. Essentially, he is an excellent communicator; has a good sense of humor; and it was truly a pleasure to work with him. Oh, and we sold our house in 11 days !
